Ruark and Associates provides the following services:

• Assistance (onsite and offsite) to Public Works and Engineering Departments for municipalities.   Prior services have included assisting City Engineers and Public Works Directors, “Acting” City Engineer, and Project Manager/Engineer for Land Development and Capital Improvement Program projects.

• Project management and preparation of feasibility studies and construction documents (plans, specifications and cost estimates) for Capital Improvement Program infrastructure projects including roadways, sanitary sewer collection systems, water distribution and storm drain systems. The services include bidding and construction support.

• Provide plan checking services of residential and commercial developments including onsite and offsite construction for municipalities.
