Ruark and Associates was founded July 1995.  Our principal office is located in San Ramon, California.  The firm provides civil engineering consulting services to both public agencies and private clients, specializing in improvement plan preparation for Capital Improvements, improvement plan checking, program management, assisting City Engineers, and providing engineering analysis, reports, and bid documents.  We have prepared plans and specifications for a variety of civil engineering projects for the County of Santa Clara, City of Los Altos, City of Tracy, Town of Danville, City of Lathrop, City of Livermore, City of Lodi, City of Stockton, City of Berkeley, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.  We have also provided site design for private projects located in San Leandro and the counties of Alameda, San Mateo, Contra Costa and San Joaquin.
